Jim Ayers CMC, helps his clients compete through operations. His clients are "any size, any where." They range from the Fortune 500 to start ups. He is a global expert on supply chain management, having written three recent books on the subject, including the best selling Handbook of Supply Chain Management. Jim has been a CMC since 1978. He holds MBA and MS Industrial Engineering degrees from Stanford and a BS (with distinction) from the US Naval Academy. He served in nuclear submarines. |

Jennifer Beever, CMC, is a marketing consultant with over 20 years experience in B2B sales and marketing, serving software and high tech, manufacturing, medical, and service companies. Her firm, New Incite, acts as an outsource marketing department for growing businesses, providing marketing research and planning, implementation, and results tracking.
Prior to founding New Incite, Jennifer Beever spent fourteen years in marketing management, product management, and sales, working with companies such as IBM, Computer Associates, System Software Associates, Marcam, Informix, and ORACLE. Jennifer got her B.A. at Colby College, Waterville, Maine, in 1983, and her MBA from Pepperdine University in 1990.

Margaret Chock Ph.D. CMC, President of M. I. B. Chock, LLC, has been a consultant since 1982, except for a 6-year gap starting in 1997. She was first Certified in 1990. She specializes in problems so complicated or unusual it would take a PhD in Computer Science to solve them, but also sets up and manages small Information Technology departments. Her industry background includes biomedical, utility, transportation, government, and aerospace projects.

Dr.
Edmund Conrow is a risk management and project management consultant to government and industry with 30 years experience on programs with life cycle ranges from several million dollars to more than $100 billion dollars. He helped develop many government, industry, and professional organization best practices on risk management. He has served as a risk manager and mentor to risk managers more than 25 times where he was responsible for implementing and making risk management work daily on a wide variety of programs and proposals. He is a Certified Management Consultant (IMC), Certified in Risk Management (IIPER), and a Project Management Professional (PMI). Dr. Conrow is the author of “Effective Risk Management: Some Keys to Success,” Second Edition, AIAA (2003); and sections in several best selling books. He holds a BSNE and MS in nuclear engineering, Ph.D. in general engineering, and M. Phil. and Ph.D. in policy analysis (Rand Graduate School). |

Peter A. Crosby CMC (1980) has conducted more than 220 management consulting engagements in the fields of supply chain, logistics, physical distribution, warehousing, inventory management, purchasing, and customer service. Mr. Crosby focuses on improving his clients’ profitability, service, quality, and process speed.
He has held P&L line and staff positions with Ford Motor Company, Food Machinery & Chemical, and Collins Foods. Partner, manager, and associate positions with ATKearney, C&L, and TPF&C.
Mr. Crosby received a BS in Engineering from UCBerkeley, an MS in Operations Research and Engineer Degree from the Department of Management Science & Engineering from Stanford Business School. |

Dale DeHart founded DeHart Consulting, and then SOHO Prospecting, and serves as the principal. He consults in the areas of Strategy and Business Development. Dale has extensive hands-on experience in development and introduction of new products. Dale has been an early member of successful high-tech start-up companies, as well as a senior manager at established, world-class market leaders such as Hewlett-Packard, TRW, and Motorola. Dale holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University; a Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering from Leland Stanford University; and a Masters Degree in Business from UCLA. |

Barbara A. Mather has more than 30 years of management experience at leading Fortune 500 companies and subsidiaries. Industries supported include photographic, specialty printing, copier/micrographics, pharmaceutical, automotive, entertainment, post-production, manufacturing and professional services. Ms. Mather has proven successes in project management and project oversight for organizations that are pursuing expansion, acquisition, outsourcing, restructuring or generally improving operations. She has developed & implemented organizational design strategies within complex corporate structures and built new teams by employing objective interview and assessment methodologies for placement of key management and personnel. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the IMC and American Society of Training and Development.
Ms. Mather is currently enrolled in the Organization Change doctorate program at Pepperdine University. She obtained an M.B.A. from Philadelphia's Drexel University. She also has a B.S. from the Rochester Institute of Technology and also completed a Columbia University Executive Marketing Management program. |

Dennis McCue CMC, has helped hundreds of attorneys and other professionals develop their personal vision, plan business and marketing strategies and provide effective leadership. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
A 1974 graduate of the University of Dayton, he did graduate work in business at the University of Pittsburgh. He has studied extensively in management, personal growth, sales and consulting. Dennis is a member of the Professionals Network Group (PNG), an associate member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (serving on the executive committee of the law practice management group), and is an alumnus of Leadership Tomorrow. |

Don McNamara CMC, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and President of Heritage Associates, Inc., which is a full service management training, consulting and coaching company. Don also speaks and writes on the art and science of superior management and top performance. His articles appear in numerous periodicals, including The CEO Refresher and Sales and Service Excellence where he is a contributing editor.
With over 30 years business experience he had advanced his career from salesperson, to corporate sales training manager, regional manager, national sales manager and vice president of sales. He has extensive practical experience in selling as well as leading successful sales organizations.
Prior to founding Heritage Associates, Inc. in 1997, Don held a variety of field and staff management positions with Best Software, Pervasive Software, Rockwell International and Intergraph Corporation. He began his career with the Burroughs Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LeMoyne College (Syracuse, New York) and advanced studies from the University of California-Irvine Graduate School of Management in Managerial Effectiveness. |
