It's summer time, and we're going strong! Many of you requested that we continue getting together through the summer months, so we've put together two fresh programs. As they used to say on Monty Python, "and now for something a little different"....

Join us for a interactive game situation called "Gold of the Desert Kings". Working in teams, we'll explore the dynamics of planning, speed, agility and multi-tasking in the context of making our way through the desert to mine gold. Along the way we'll experience how organization and team dynamics change under conditions of complexity and pressure, and learn to challenge, adapt and produce.

"Gold of the Desert Kings" is a game developed by a consulting company called Eagle's Flight, now owned and marketed by Blanchard Training & Development. The game has been successfully used in major corporations to help teams learn to work in a high performance fashion in the face of tough, complex challenges.
