LAX IMC BREAKFAST MEETING - August 7, 2009

Ken Golding presents:
Taking Care of Business, Taking Care of Yourself

It's summer time, and we're going strong! Many of you requested that we continue getting together through the summer months so we put together something fresh and different, with a focus on your well- being.

We each spend a lot of time thinking about our businesses in many ways. We think about new business development and marketing, selling, research, content development, client relationships, project management and administration, and many of our programs and meetings focus on those elements. Ultimately, however, we are the product - in what ways do we take time to ensure the health and sustainability of the "golden goose"?

Ken Golding, a lifelong wellness and fitness devotee and coach, will join us with counsel on how to care for ourselves, particularly in times of frustration and stress. Ken's focus includes:

  • keeping yourself sane when that around you is not
  • looking in so you can look out
  • staying available and focused for your clients
