At our Friday, November 10 Orange County breakfast meeting, learn how to create an effective strategic plan for your consulting practice. Then, in a highly interactive session, learn how to implement that plan successfully.
Jack Mixner, Principal of Mixner Consulting and a long time Orange County consultant, will describe the seven crucial steps in creating a plan. He will also discuss:
- When to use personal selling and when to use word of mouth selling.
- How to use professional organizations and when to use social / civic organizations.
- When targeted direct mail makes sense.
- Targeting seminars to your audience.
- Teaching sponsored courses.
- Websites, e-newsletters and blogs.
- Writing, including publishing newsletters, articles and books.
- The continuum from success to significance.
This important breakfast meeting in November will be informative and interactive, as well as a great networking experience with your fellow consultants in the greater Orange County area. Expect a lively discussion with lots of practical examples.
