Wendy Weber has 20 years of experience in public relations, including 10 years as a consultant. Her mission it to create a positive image for new or unknown companies, public agencies, high profile individuals and nonprofit organizations -- or to rebuilt the reputations of companies in challenging situations. She was the director of communications for the Speaker of the California state Assembly and served in the White House as deputy press secretary to the First Lady. She planned the media coverage for the First Lady's public appearances, including the 1988 Moscow Summit Meeting of Reagan and Gorbachev, the First Ladies’ Drug Conference at the United Nations, and the only visit of Princess Diana to the White House. She organized the press coverage of 8 international tours, 36 state dinners and 44 domestic tours, along with numerous White House functions, public awareness campaigns and special events. She was part of the team that created and promoted Nancy Reagan's "Just Say No" campaign.
