ORANGE COUNTY IMC BREAKFAST MEETING - August 09, 2007

How to Turn Small Consulting Clients Into Large Clients
Roundtable discussion led by Harald Weiss

Your best prospect for new consulting business
may not be a new client, but an old client. In general, it is easier to do more business with the clients that you already have then to find new clients.

Over the years, many of us have developed techniques to uncover and capture consulting business that was not part of the original engagement. Join us on August 9 as we share some of the techniques that have worked for us.

Our format will be roundtable discussions around Mimi Cafe's square tables, followed by reports from the various tables. Harald Weiss will serve as moderator and scribe of the final results onto a projection screen. Table topics will include the following:
  • Secrets to satisfied consulting clients and mistakes to avoid.
  • How to uncover consulting opportunities beyond the original engagement.
  • How to convert your inside track into new consulting business.

Don't miss this important breakfast meeting on August 9, which will be most relevant to building your consulting business and also a excellent networking experience with your fellow consultants in the greater Orange County area. Expect lively discussion as you and you colleagues share techniques that have worked for you
