Afternoon Workshop:
Dale DeHart and Chris Samojen will conduct a 1-hour session on Web site Search Engine Optimization. An attendee's site will be selected for optimization and the process will be discussed and detailed during the session. Attendees will benefit from seeing the important steps that are taken to develop code and content for a consultant's Web site.
Evening Dinner Session:
Bruce Clay, founder and CEO of Bruce Clay Internet Consulting will speak on the topic of Search Engine Marketing for consultants and individual professionals. Bruce speaks nationally and frequently at SEM conferences and his company is the pre-eminent source for Search Engine Optimization training and services. Attendees will benefit by learning the most cutting edge methods of gaining visibility on the Internet for their practices.

 An executive with several high-technology businesses, Bruce has had a long career as a technical manager with Boole and Babbage, Amdahl, Convergent Technologies, Acer America, and most recently in the Internet Business Consulting area with Bruce Clay, Inc. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, is a published author and has been a speaker at over 82 conferences and luncheons. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, PC Week, Smart Money, Wired Magazine, several books, and many more publications. Bruce has personally authored many advanced search engine optimization tools.

| About Dale DeHart, President SOHO Prospecting |
 Dale DeHart is the President and founder of SOHO Prospecting , a Camarillo-based marketing company that provides owners of small- and medium-sized independent businesses with the strategy and services they need to compete. Dale launched SOHO Prospecting as a division of DeHart Consulting, LLC in 2001 to provide comprehensive marketing solutions to companies at the smaller end of the business spectrum. In 2002 SOHO moved into their offices in Camarillo, where six staff members and a number of subcontractors serve the needs of their clients.
Dale received a B. S. in Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, and a Masters in Electronics Engineering from Stanford University. Dale also earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from UCLA. Dale's technical and business background led him to excel in senior management positions with several leading high-tech corporations, including Hewlett Packard, TRW, and Motorola.
