Management consultants already know how to diagnose problems, design solutions and implement them
but, in many cases, they have not considered the hidden organizational roadblocks to success. Dorianne
Cotter-Lockard, a veteran IT strategy and management consultant who works with Fortune 500 companies, will discuss the importance of consultants becoming an “influencer” to get clients to change their behavior and modes of thinking. Through her presentation, she will provide a framework and tools for consultants to use to recognize and eliminate such roadblocks.

Dorianne Cotter-Lockard brings over 25 years of IT strategy and management experience, as a leader and delivery-oriented executive with a proven track record in organizational management, business process transformation and implementation of large scale technology initiatives. How to Analyze a Project to Ensure a Successful Result

In an afternoon workshop, a panel of four seasoned professionals – two consultants and two executives – will discuss the roles, responsibilities, expectations and issues for the diagnosis, solution and implementation phases of projects, both from the consultant and client management standpoint that will provide a formula for achieving a successful conclusion to consulting projects.
Moderating the panel will be Lynda Roth, President of LJR Consulting Services, who has over three
Decades of experience in the IT industry and has been a business consultant for 25 years. Panel members will include:

  • Ken Cleveland, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Ballenger, Cleveland & Issa LLC Business Advisory Services. In addition to a distinguished career as an executive consultant to dozens of corporate clients, he has also served as the president of nine substantial companies.
  • Shawn Krishner, Manager of Business Advisory Services for Grant Thornton, has nearly two
    decades of experience in business operations, technology and financial operations, to include
    financial and operational audits, regulatory compliance reviews, site and system selections.
  • Lelah Jenkins, Executive Vice President of Countrywide Home Loans, has over 30 years of
    experience in the IT industry and has directed staffs of up to 400 technicians in multiple locations, both on and off shore with annual technology operating budgets over $65 million.
  • Bob McCormack, former SVP/CIO at Aramark Corp., is a veteran information technology
    senior executive with a quarter century of experience developing and executing strategic IT plans
    that develop the plans of large and mid-cap multi-site domestic and international companies.
