Dinner Meeting
What Generational Differences Mean for Your Client Engagements
When you take on a consulting assignment, you agree to complete certain business or organizational objectives. Your agreement or contract often maps out the business aspects of the assignment, including timelines, the processes, tools, and methodologies you will use, and the expected outcomes. But agreements and contacts don’t address the biggest obstacle to achieving results – that people resist change. Furthermore, people are not all alike, and leading them to change requires special knowledge and understanding of how to influence them.
At this IMC SoCal dinner program you will learn how different generations react to change and how to influence each generation successfully. In addition to learning about the different generations, The Interchange Group will share its new research on how generations differ in the U.S. versus other countries. Our speaker, Annika Hylmo, is a partner at The Interchange Group, which has been conducting groundbreaking research and analysis in generational differences within the United States and globally. The Interchange Group specializes in helping organizations and individuals grow and embrace change through purposeful planning, culture alignment, and leadership development programs.
A presentation on generational differences was the highest rated at last year’s Confab, and Amy Robinson of The Interchange Group has presented on the topic at the IMC LAX breakfast meeting to rave reviews. Don’t miss this opportunity to add to your consultant’s toolbox with this important knowledge!
