Alan Freeman, GPHR is CEO of LOF International Human Resources Solutions, Inc. Alan's record of success as a Global Human Resources executive spans 30 years. His experience was gained in the manufacturing, aerospace & defense, chemicals, entertainment and software industries. Prior to founding LOF, held global human resources roles as both an HR generalist/business partner and corporate subject matter expert at Pako Corporation, Sundstrand, FMC, The Walt Disney Company, Commerce One and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Alan holds a BS in Psychology and Sociology from Iowa State University and an MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. He is also a certifies Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
 Gerry Stern and Yvette Borcia, founded Stern & Associates, a management consulting firm, in 1985. The firm specializes in compensation, performance management, and organization analysis and design. They are co-authors of the Stern's SourceFinder® management resource directories, Stern's Management Review, The Art of Compensation and the forthcoming All About Pay. Yvette and Gerry address professional associations, nationwide, on numerous management topics. They teach courses in compensation and strategic human resources at UCLA. Previously, Gerry taught the certification course in sales compensation for the American Compensation Association, now named WorldatWork. Prior to founding Stern & Associates, Gerry held senior consulting positions at Ernst & Young, Hewitt Associates, and KPMG Peat Marwick. He also served as Compensation Manager for Dart Industries, and Director of Compensation, Organization and Employee Relations for Tosco. Yvette's earlier career focused on management, communication, adult education, and graphic arts services for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Charlie has over 25 years of innovative human resource management experience, working as a Coach, Consultant & HR Executive with a wide array of companies from Fortune 100 to start-ups and turnarounds, where he focuses on the integration of strategy, leadership and accountability systems. His clients include Toyota, Lockheed Martin, Fox Entertainment, Qwest Communications and Warner Bros. Joe has more than 25 years of experience in Fortune 1000 companies in the oil & chemical, aerospace and semiconductor industries, and has consulted to clients in the entertainment, software, distribution and medical sectors.
