Bill Birnbaum, CMC, helps client organizations develop and implement business strategies appropriate to the challenges of the 21st century. He does so by helping client management teams develop a shared strategic vision of the future. Since 1984, he has published and edited Business Strategies Newsletter, a publication containing insights and ideas for strategic-minded leaders. He is also the author of the book, “If Your Strategy is So Terrific, How Come It Doesn’t Work?” (AMACOM, 1990).
Mr. Birnbaum is a speaker for the American Management Association. He has served on the board of directors for three high-growth corporations - all three were acquired per the plan he helped them develop. He’s a Certified Management Consultant by the Institute of Management Consultants, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.

Peter Crosby is a Principal of CGR Management Consultants, an operations management improvement and supply chain strategy firm. His strength is to apply practical operational experience to solve business problems of profitability, productivity, service, quality and process speed. He is a past president of the Southern California Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and was certified as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) in 1980. He also has been certified by Virtual CEO as a Certified Solution Provider for their strategic and organizational planning assessment tools. He co-founded the Food Consultants Group in 1989.
Mr. Crosby graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from UC Berkeley and received an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University and the Stanford Business School. He also was awarded the special degree of “Engineer” from the Department of Management Science & Engineering and the Stanford GSB, for his dissertation on “Optimal Short Term Financing and Operating Decisions under Uncertainty”. He gained his experience in strategic planning as a member of the Strategy Management Group of Arthur D. Little (ADL). He began his consulting career as the youngest ever management consultant with A.T. Kearney (EDS), a pioneering physical distribution and supply chain management firm. |

She is co-author of Software Project Management Step by Step, and author of The Overnight Consultant, chosen by: Book-of-the-Month Club as a main selection in its Money Books Club; as an alternate selection by Newbridge for its Executive Program and PC Users Book Club; and featured by Executive Book Summaries.
